Pizza Hut hired Colleen Quinn for a Westchester County 16 store Delivery/Carryout Program ( Delco ). We determined the target markets, prepared site packages for the Real Estate Committee approval, negotiated the Letters of Intent. After 13 leases out or executed, the program was cancelled. We were hired again to sublet or terminate the leases for the stores that were open.
Costco was looking to expand one of their locations. Using our thorough knowledge of the area, we were able to add 10 acres to their location allowing them to add a gas station, giving them additional revenue.
